“Consultancy Services for Preparation of Functional Designs, Tendering and Construction Supervision for the Proposed New Ngwerere and Chunga Wastewater Treatment Plants in Lusaka”

To undertake the overall management of the Investment Component A and the administration of all payments;
To undertake detailed engineering surveys, including topographical, geotechnical and other preparatory surveys and works, and to prepare functional designs of the proposed WWTPs;
To prepare an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and its associated Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP);
To prepare a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), undertake the RAP implementation and operationalize the grievance redress mechanism;
To prepare tender documentation and assist LWSC in the tender administration process;
To undertake contract administration and construction supervision;
To assist commissioning of the new investment and decommissioning of the old facilities.
